KMA IT Department Marked its 30th anniversary by establishing a Mobile Drone-Repair Unit

To commemorate its 30th anniversary, the Kyiv-Mohyla IT Department  announced a major fundraising campaign to establish a mobile repair workshop for drones from the Donetsk front line. ON its anniversary celebration, the fundraiser exceeded its goal of 500 000 UAH (approximately 12 800 USD), as the community of students, alumni, faculty and the Academy’s friends raised more than 727 100 UAH (approximately 18 600 USD).  The cost of such a mobile unit is from €35,000.

The purpose of this important project is to provide a specialized location where IT engineers rapidly restore/repair and improve drones close to the combat zone. It is a comprehensive solution that allows quick ready-to-use unmanned solutions.

The project is conducted in partnership with the organization DIGNITAS, a non-profit organization that focuses its efforts on helping Ukraine win the war

We thank everyone who contributed and helped spread the word about this important fundraising effort.
