Marta Farion is an attorney currently serving as Kyiv-Mohyla Foundation’s president and board member. She leads the foundation’s projects and initiatives in fundraising and collaborative programs with universities and entities in the United States. Her background includes positions as former legal counsel at a research and development company, with areas of concentration in business transactions and employment management and former member of the Executive Committee of the Chicago Sister Cities International Program where she was chairperson of the Kyiv Committee; and current positions as chairperson of the board of the Electronic Library of Ukraine (ELibUkr)t; vice-president of the Ukrainian World Congress; and board member of Western NIS Enterprise Fund. Ms. Farion has published articles about reforms in higher education in Ukraine.
