Kyiv-Mohyla School of Law offers an innovative program in Information and Techology Law, to meet the need to protect intellectual property in Ukraine as technology continues to transform the economy and culture.

Lawyers, IT professionals, and businesses need to understand the legal and commercial aspects of technology, and how to protect new products and new companies to the market.

This year, “Law for IT Professionals” is a course that integrates the curricula of the university’s Law School and the School of Computer Science. The response of participants was overwhelming and underscored the need to expand such collaborative programs.

Kyiv-Mohyla Academy is following its mission, – leading educational innovation and reforms in Ukraine that include inter-disciplinary collaboration of science, technology, the humanities, and social science.
